Required Information

To ensure the authenticity and legality of your request, please provide the following details:

  2. Identification Proof

    • A copy of a government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license) to verify your identity.

    • For companies, an official business registration document or letter of authorization from the company.

  3. Details of the Content to Be Taken Down

    • URL or direct link to the content in question.

    • A clear description of the content and why it should be removed.

  4. Proof of Rights or Legal Concern

    • If applicable, proof of ownership of the intellectual property (e.g., copyright registration, trademark documents).

    • Any additional evidence or legal documents supporting your claim.

  5. Declaration

    • A statement confirming that the information provided is accurate and that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

    • Example:

      “I declare under penalty of perjury that the information contained in this notification is accurate and that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the rights that are allegedly infringed.”

  6. Signature

    • A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
